Working with Aventure Staffing has been phenomenal. I appreciate how well they communicate. Their response time is quick, and their messages are clear and concise. I recently asked for 5 positions to be filled within a short time frame, and Briley let me know within a couple of days that she had 5 candidates ready to start. Staffing agencies are another avenue to find employees for job openings when the applicants are not coming in our door. Aventure seems to find qualified applicants to fill positions. Aventure does the first layer of applicant screening so we only see those qualified for our job openings. We have received several permanent employees by working temp to hire.

After spending several hours going over resumes with 95% of them not qualified. I called Paula and asked her to take over the task. It proved to be the right decision. Within days she had prescreened applicants and set up interviews for me. I was able to hire an administrative assistant and she is working out well.

We worked with a few staffing agencies in order to fill our legal assistant position and Aventure Staffing was by far the most attentive to our needs as far as requirements wanted. We never had to worry about them sending resumes that were a waste of time in reviewing.
